I Love Coupons

I have been couponing for years but never did it on a large scale. Recently I started watching Extreme Couponing on TLC and became very interested in how I could do this myself. I have to say it is alot harder than I thought especially because I am doing it from Canada.

The key to being able to get things free with coupons is being able to stack coupons. Which means combining more than one coupon for one product, these coupons need to be from diffrent sources, like one from save.ca, one from redplum inserts and one printable. The only store that I have found so far in Nova Scotianthat will do that is Walmart.

Another way is to get FPC (free product coupons). These are usually mailed out from the manufacturer or found on products (kellogs has coupons on the cereal boxes for free breakfast foods).

This is just a small bit of info to get you started. Over the next few weeks I will be posting great sites to visit for coupons, sites that you can earn rewards and then use to redeem for free stuff and I will be contacting NS companies to see what their coupon policies are so you can get the best value with your coupons.
